Barefoot Signature 9 is a premium underlay designed for high-end domestic environments where feel, function, and finish all matter. With a 9mm profile and a refined density, it offers enhanced comfort underfoot while contributing to the long-term performance of luxury carpets.
A standout feature of Signature 9 is its woven paper top layer, which offers superior grip and workability - particularly when installing heavy hessian-backed carpets. This surface finish prevents slipping and shifting during fitting, giving installers greater control and delivering a better final result.
The use of fine PU granules, derived from recycled IKEA mattresses, gives Signature 9 a uniquely smooth and consistent texture. It’s fully recyclable at end of life, and all offcuts can be returned to your retailer for processing into a new roll of Barefoot Underlay - closing the loop on sustainability.
Each roll is supplied loose-rolled to avoid centre compression and wrapped in a 100% recycled, fully branded bag that can also be recycled through the same return system.
