Uzin NC 770 is a heavy-duty cementitious smoothing compound designed for commercial and industrial applications where surface strength, durability, and dimensional stability are essential. It can be used as a wear-resistant surface finish in areas without a floor covering or as a substrate preparation layer for Arturo resin flooring systems.
Offering excellent flow and workability, NC 770 can be applied in thicknesses from 1 to 20 mm and dries to a dense, high-compressive-strength surface capable of handling high traffic and mechanical loads. It is suitable for a wide range of subfloors including cement screeds, concrete, and existing substrates such as ceramic tiles or well-bonded floor coverings.
With fast drying times and low emissions, Uzin NC 770 is ideal for commercial interiors, workshops, storage areas, and anywhere a strong, level base or finished floor is required.
